With 19 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I’ve witnessed every trend—fads, quick fixes, and the unhealthy extremes that promise results but never support true long‑term well‑being. Over time, one thing has become clear: none of these approaches create sustainable health. My mission is to break that cycle and guide individuals toward a more mindful, balanced, and genuinely healthy way of thinking. Something they can carry with them throughout their life.
I also hold nutritional therapy close to my heart because of my own personal health journey. Over the years, I have faced challenges including hypothyroidism, pregnancy loss and miscarriages, food intolerances, gut health issues, and complex bloodwork that left even specialists searching for answers. When conventional approaches weren’t providing the clarity I needed, I began exploring a more functional and root-cause approach to health—an experience that ultimately shaped my passion for helping others through nutritional therapy.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I bring more than just knowledge to our sessions – I bring understanding, empathy, and a commitment to your unique health journey. My approach is:

When I'm not teaching pilates or working with clients on nutrition, you can find me at one of my children's sporting events, hiking with my family, finding an outdoor concert, baking with my daughter, working out, enjoying a good mexican restaurant, or spending time LAUGHING with friends and family.
I believe in balance, and not perfection in my own life, and I never ask for anything more than that in my client's!
